Resolutions will be conducting a three-day training for national GSUSA volunteer mediators in San Francisco in September. The mediators, who mediate Council disputes for the Girl Scouts, meet biannually to update their skills and share best practices.
ICORT July 27, 1999
Resolutions has been invited to serve as a Charter Member of the International Conflict Resolution and Training panel. Included in preparation was a two-day training program in Dallas. Resolutions will be working with two other area mediators to establish the greater New York area ICORT mediation network. ICORT has contracted with America's Legal Plan to provide mediation services to its thousands of clients around the country.

Resolutions founder Julie Denny will address the Creative Directors Conference sponsored by the American Association of Advertising Agencies. The conference, to be held in November 1999 in Miami, is expected to attract more than 250 creative directors from advertising agencies around the country. Denny will discuss the effective use of conflict resolution to improve creative management.
Key Bridge Foundation/ADA May 22, 1999
Resolutions has been invited to sit on the Washington-based Key Bridge Foundation panel established to mediate American Disabilities Act (ADA) cases brought before the Department of Justice. Panel participation required two days of ADA training.
